At Accurate Power and Technology, we offer the best in-house Coastal Protection for your Generator on the market. If you live in or near a Coastal Community, this should be a must for protecting your Back Up Power Investment. We began Accurate Fabrications to complete Coastal Protections and Custom Rack fabrications for Accurate Power.

At Accurate Fabrication and Coatings, we will completely disassemble the Generator Enclosure, Exhaust, and the cooling system. We will install protective material over Engine and Alternator in order to keep overspray off the internal components. The rest is magic and wont effect the Kohler Factory Warranty. This process will take approximately 1 week to complete depending on the time of year.

Our Warranty for the Coastal process covers workmanship for 12 months. It excludes damage by others.

1. Accurate will add an industrial Epoxy to the Rails and the Crossmembers of the Generator Skid. This is available in several different colors, however most of our Clientele choose black due to the dirt showing over time.

2. The cooling system will be prepared and treated with our proprietary material that will protectant the radiator and won’t restrict the airflow.

3. The exhaust is sprayed with a ceramic material and ran through our powder Coating oven to cure it before it is reassembled.

4. The air-cooled line has several exposed sheet metal areas (Valve Covers, Fan Louvers, Controller housing, and battery compartment enclosure) that Accurate will apply Ceramic, and High Temp Silicone to. This will help with exposure to the elements.

5. To ensure the integrity of the electrical connections Accurate will apply protective film that will keep the connection true and register the proper ohm while keeping these delicate connections from corroding and breaking down.
